ECU solutions

Enquire about the following options for eligible motorsport or other lawful non-road projects. Vehicle support, intended use and suitability for a mobile visit are checked before booking.

Emissions-disable work is not offered for public-road use. For road vehicles, ask about diagnosis and compliant repairs. Read the government guidance.

Mobile tuning, ECU options and workshop backup

Tell us what a normal day looks like.

Working van

Tools, deliveries or longer trips: include the usual load, engine and gearbox. Explain where response feels lacking and whether there are current warnings. Prepare a van enquiry.

Motorhome or leisure vehicle

Send the base vehicle and conversion details. Vehicle dimensions and drivetrain matter when confirming workshop access, ECU support and any suitable testing.

Towing or everyday driving

Describe trailer use, gearbox behaviour and the routes you normally cover. Useful torque is a vehicle-specific discussion; software does not increase plated weights or towing limits.

Condition comes into the conversation.

Clutch slip, poor boost response or a recurring diesel warning belongs in the initial enquiry. The vehicle may need diagnostics before tuning. Include service history and repairs already tried so the appointment can be planned around the actual concern.

Discuss DPF warnings or send an AdBlue fault history.

A useful quote brief

  • Vehicle registration and engine
  • Manual or automatic transmission
  • Load, towing and normal journeys
  • Service history and current concerns
  • Existing remap or modifications

Workshop services for your next step

Agree the visit before the journey.

Drivers from Bridgend, Pencoed, Porthcawl and Maesteg can send their brief here. The workshop is at Unit 11 Sambucus Avenue, Llandow Trading Estate, CF71 7PB. Confirm the scope, quote and appointment before setting out.

For a measured output question, ask about a suitable dyno session. For modified hardware, explain the build specification. Neither booking should be assumed to include fault finding without discussing it first.
